We believe that the Bible is God’s Word written by men, but directed and inspired by God through the Holy Spirit. It contains no errors, and is the complete, final, and only authority in all matters of faith and conduct (See 2 Timothy 3:16,17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; and 2 Peter 1:20,21).
We believe that Salvation depends on repentance - turning from one's sins - and believing in Jesus Christ. This means receiving him as both Saviour and Lord of our life (John 1:12; Acts 2:38,39 and 8:26-40 and 16:25-34; 1 Peter 3:21-22).
We believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
We believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
